Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) as proof. Melted products due to high temperatures are not included.

• Order Errors: If we have made an error with your order, such as sending the wrong item or quantity, we will gladly refund your purchase or send you the correct items. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to report any such errors.
